Sunset Beach, officially known as Umm Suqeim Beach, is famous for offering the most iconic photograph in Dubai – the perfect "holding up the Burj Al Arab" perspective shot. The quieter alternative to neighbouring Kite Beach, it attracts photographers, surfers, joggers and families with its residential calm, a small surfing community, basic municipality facilities, pop-up library, free Wi-Fi and the only legal night swimming beach in the area.
