The Sheikh Mohammed Centre for Cultural Understanding (SMCCU) is a non-profit cultural institution in the Al Fahidi Historical Neighbourhood dedicated to bridging the gap between Emiratis and the international community. Operating under the motto "Open Doors, Open Minds", SMCCU runs traditional Emirati breakfasts, lunches and dinners, heritage walks, Jumeirah Mosque tours and Q&A sessions where visitors can ask their hosts anything about Emirati culture, religion and traditions.
