The Dubai Fountain is the world's largest performing fountain, a 275-metre choreographed water and light spectacle on the Burj Khalifa Lake at the foot of Burj Khalifa. Designed by WET (the same company behind the Bellagio fountains in Las Vegas), it shoots 22,000 gallons of water up to 150 metres into the air through 6,600 lights and 50 colour projectors – synchronized to a rotating playlist of Arabic, Hindi and Western pop songs. Free shows run every 30 minutes from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM with daytime previews at 1:00 PM and 1:30 PM.
