Clay Dubai

Clay Dubai on Bluewaters Island is a Persian-inspired restaurant and bar that has established itself as one of the most distinctive and genuinely original openings in Dubai in recent years. The DB incorrectly lists this as J1 Beach; Clay is at Bluewaters Island. our concept takes the ancient culinary traditions of Persia - saffron, pomegranate, dried limes, rose water and the slow cooking methods that define Iranian cuisine - and reinterprets them through a modern, elegant lens. our space is designed with the same thoughtfulness as the cooking: terracotta tones, mosaic tilework, carved wood and an intimacy that is rare in Bluewaters. The cocktail programme draws from Persian botanical ingredients, creating serves that are as distinctive as the food. One of the few restaurants in Dubai dedicated to elevating Iranian cuisine to fine dining level.
